What the price does NOT cover: Hosting and domain are NOT included. They are ordered separately on external services (hosting provider, domain registrar) and paid by the buyer directly to those providers.
Support is optional: 49 €/month. With support: automatic security/feature updates, compatibility fixes, priority assistance. Without it: the license stays perpetual and nothing gets locked, but updates do not arrive automatically — maintenance is on you, and one-off help can be ordered at any time.

Installation Guide
Upload all files to the site document root. Create an empty MySQL/MariaDB database and user. Grant the web server write access to config/ and storage/. Open /install.php and complete the environment, database, administrator and Marketplace-activation steps (enter the purchase code). After install, delete or protect /install.php. Activate the production domain and license in IuVe Control Center → Marketplace with mp_live_* from My Purchases; optionally save a kai_live_* AI key to enable AI candidate discovery and the Communication Center drafts.

Demo Starter Content (Fresh Installs)
On a fresh install the installer ships an opt-in step — «Install demo starter content» (checked by default). It recreates the demo running on the official preview environment: the Northwind Logistics UK client organization, 4 published UK vacancies (Warehouse Coordinator, Night Shift Dispatcher, HGV Class 1 Driver, Glass Cutter — GBP salaries), 5 candidate profiles including the IuVeAI Screener digital worker, 4 demo applications across the ATS pipeline (new → review → interview → hired) with an interview, an offer and an employment contract awaiting signature, candidate bookmarks and a saved search, plus public CMS content (4 pages, 4 services, 3 reviews). Everything is idempotent, recognizable by *-demo slugs and @example.com addresses, and can be deleted before going live.

PWA & Display Settings
The platform ships as a Progressive Web App (Admin → Brand & Design → PWA). A dynamic Web App Manifest is served from your settings, and a service worker provides a branded offline fallback page plus cache-first delivery of static assets. Choose how the app opens — Standalone (like a native app, recommended), Minimal UI, Fullscreen or a regular browser tab — set the orientation, theme color and splash background, and brand the app name. Visitors install the site from their browser with one tap; disabling the PWA removes the manifest and registration.
Legal Pages & Management
Four default legal pages are seeded on fresh installs: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy (UK/EU GDPR), Cookie Policy and Legal Notice (Imprint). They render in a dedicated footer legal row next to the cookie-settings link and show a «last updated» badge. Manage them under Admin → Pages → Legal pages: create any missing page from templates in one click, restore a page to its template text, or set the page kind (standard/legal) in the page form. Replace the [PLACEHOLDER] values (company name, e-mail, address, representative, registry) with your own company data before going live.
AI Candidate Search
Describe the person in natural language. The engine builds multilingual job-seeker queries, uses verified IuVe/KAI + DuckDuckGo search by default (or Serper / Direct fallback), classifies each result (candidate / employer / intermediary / irrelevant), extracts public contacts, scores the candidate and de-duplicates records. IuVe URLs are accepted only with the organic-search verified marker; LLM-invented links are rejected.
Telegram Candidate Inbox
Connect a BotFather token and manager chat under IuVe Control Center → Telegram Manager. Every newly created seeker with at least one public contact is delivered immediately with contact details, source and action buttons. Failed sends are queued for protected-cron retry. Templates support EN/DE/FR/RO/UK/RU. The system notifies the manager; it does not contact the candidate automatically.
Candidate Queue & Cards
Review discovered candidates, inspect match reasons, AI summary and public source, add notes, and move each record through the recruitment status workflow. Source URL and language are preserved for traceability.
Communication Center
Generate a personalized first-contact draft (template + IuVeAI) in the candidate's language. The manager reviews and approves before sending. Channel, direction, status and full contact history are recorded. No message is sent without manager approval.
Enterprise Administration
Dashboard, Analytics, Brand & Design, Widgets & Codes, Quality Center, Security, Users & Security, Partners and Contacts. IuVe Control Center hosts Marketplace Pairing, IuVe Identity, Telegram Candidate Inbox, Update Center, System Health and the Product Passport.
Localization
The interface ships EN/DE/FR/RO/UK/RU with dynamic switching; one interface language is shown per page. Candidate content and manager input are preserved in their original language.
Security
CSRF protection, secure sessions, password hashing, role-based permissions, audit logging, upload validation and security headers. Remove or protect /install.php after setup and enforce HTTPS.
Marketplace & Licensing
Commercial, domain-bound license via IuVe Marketplace (mp_live_*). Automatic updates through the signed Update Center. Marketplace remains the source of truth for purchase and entitlement.
