What the price covers: 500 € — A one-time payment for a perpetual license of one CMS — the full system with admin panel, updates and IuVe Identity pairing.
What the price does NOT cover: Hosting and domain are NOT included. They are ordered separately on external services (hosting provider, domain registrar) and paid by the buyer directly to those providers.
Support is optional: 49 €/month. With support: automatic security/feature updates, compatibility fixes, priority assistance. Without it: the license stays perpetual and nothing gets locked, but updates do not arrive automatically — maintenance is on you, and one-off help can be ordered at any time.
AI Demo
IuVeAI municipal assistant uses kai_live_* for drafts and translations. The mp_live_* purchase key validates license/domain only and never authorizes AI.

Introduction
Genesis Municipality CMS is a self-hosted PHP/MySQL portal for communes, city halls and public administrations. It publishes news, official pages, council meetings, YouTube streams, partners and public-information sections on the customer's own domain. v1.0.4 packages the production tools proven on https://tohatin.iuve.eu/ as a clean installer for new domains. The public demo stays at https://municipality.iuve.eu/ and uses a separate Marketplace license (one mp_live_* key → one domain).

Public portal: featured news hero, LIVE ticker, category chips, latest-news grid, nested vertical menu, official streams widget, partners slider, floating Viber/WhatsApp/contact, PWA install, cookie consent and accessibility widget. Editorial: articles with gallery and attachments, pages, meetings, RSS import, quality/bulk-replace, IuVeAI translations. Official streams
YouTube council sessions: manual embed or automatic channel sync (interval, limit, homepage feature). Public /streams.php lists recordings; the homepage shows the latest official broadcast.
Partners slider
Partners are logos/links managed in Admin → Partners. If more than two partners are published, the homepage renders a slider with previous/next controls (assets/js/partners-slider.js).
Installation
Requirements: PHP 8.1+ (PDO MySQL, OpenSSL, JSON, cURL, mbstring, fileinfo), Apache or Nginx, MySQL 8+ / MariaDB 10.4+, HTTPS, writable config/ and storage/. Create an empty database, upload the ZIP, open /install.php, create the Owner account, optionally enter mp_live_*. The package does not contain another customer's database, passwords or license keys.
Update Center
Admin → IuVe Control Center → Update Center (stable channel). Check for Updates → Check Compatibility (signed preflight) → Install. The ZIP is signed with marketplace-release-key-2026-01 (ed25519). Existing installs keep their database and uploads; only code/assets from the clean package are applied. Enable “Allow installation after signed preflight” when you are ready to install.

IuVeAI
Save kai_live_* in IuVeAI Center. Used for article drafts, translation fill and the municipal assistant. mp_live_* never authorizes AI. Product slug: genesis-municipality-cms.
License activation
Purchase keys are mp_live_* from Marketplace → My Purchases. One key binds to exactly one public domain. Activate + Validate in IuVe Control Center → Marketplace. AI uses a separate kai_live_* key (Settings → API Keys). Clearing local pairing does not release the remote seat. Tohatin and the municipality demo are different seats.
PWA & accessibility
PWA soft-install prompt (Admin → PWA: name, icons, theme colors, frequency). Accessibility widget for contrast/font. Cookie categories: necessary, functional, analytics, marketing. Theme toggle and multilingual public UI (RO/RU/EN and extra languages you enable).
Vertical menu
Admin → Vertical menu manages nested public-sidebar sections (accordion, parent/child items, sort, language, draft/published). Section titles come from settings (vmenu_sections_json), so a new commune does not inherit another town's labels. On the public site the menu appears beside latest news (see the Tohatin reference homepage).
