- CRITICAL fix (publication queue): duplicate delivery — one command posted the same content twice seconds apart. Root cause: quick_share "Share Now" and the cron worker both selected the same `queued` rows without any claim/lock, each delivered to the network, last writer overwrote `external_post_id` (verified: colibri_sm posts 13876 @ 11:35:57 + 13877 @ 11:35:58, both ok:true).
- Atomic claim: `SELECT ... FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED` + `state='processing'` inside a short transaction — a row can now have exactly one owner; final updates guard on `state='processing'`.
- Stuck-row recovery: rows left `processing` by a crashed worker become claimable again after 10 minutes.
- Skipped rows (bad_state/not_due) restore their pre-claim state instead of staying `processing`.
- Media hydration (ported from production): media entries now carry `image_url` and sync `meta.image_url`/`meta.media_url` — adapters no longer miss the image.
